YCSO to participate in Prescription Take-Back Day

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Yuma County Sheriff's Office has announced it will participate in Prescription Take-Back Day, which allows the public to anonymously dispose of unwanted prescription drugs.

The even will take place on Saturday, April 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at YCSO Foothills Substation on 13190 E. South Frontage Road.

Medication can be dropped off at the stated location for free and anonymously.

Any kind of unwanted prescription drug is accepted, such as tablets, pills, patches and other devices such as vapes and cartridges.
