Two dead after car crash in Niland
Names not released, investigation ongoing
NILAND, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - California Highway Patrol (CHP) says two were pronounced dead in a car crash on Monday morning.
At about 10:18 a.m., a 2003 Ford was driving south on Route 111 near Sargo Drive when the vehicle moved towards the right of the road and overturned.
The crash had both the driver and passenger ejected, resulting in their deaths.
Investigations do not show impairment as a factor in this case.
CHP would like remind drivers and passengers to buckle up in order to save lives.
