MEXICALI, B.C. (KYMA, KECY)-COVID-19 cases keep rising in Baja California, but so do recoveries.

Health officials in Baja California confirm 74 new cases with 296 recoveries. As of Tuesday, Tijuana continues to lead with the most cases.
