CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Car hangs from ceiling of Atlanta overpass

ATLANTA (CBS, KYMA) - A car was seen on top of a slotted concrete overpass in Atlanta Sunday, September 6.

Kalena Boykin, @Kalenamishell on Instagram, captured the footage along the entrance ramp to Interstate 20.

Boykin told Storyful as she and her partner were approaching the overpass when they became stuck in traffic.

"At first we thought maybe a wreck or construction, but when I looked up it was a car stuck up in the bypass! A man's feet were hanging out of the window as people told him not to move too much. There was a lot of glass and debris on the ground," Boykin told Storyful.

"I couldn't believe what I was seeing," she added.

News reports said the person in the vehicle was able to get out with help from authorities and without major injuries.

Only one car was involved and no one was critically injured.
