CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Missouri building explodes

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (NBC, KYMA) - An intense explosion ripped apart a building in Cape Girardeau, Missouri Thursday morning.

The blast was caught on security cameras from a nearby business. In the video, the front doors can be seen being blown off, resulting in a partial collapse of the building.

Fire officials say one person suffered injures from the blast.

An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the explosion.
