FBI will not share evidence in Alex Pretti shooting
(NBC, KYMA) - The FBI says they will not be sharing evidence with state investigators regarding the shooting of Alex Pretti.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension shared the news Monday.
In a statement, they said the FBI formally notified them Friday that it will not provide access to any information or evidence that it has collected in the January 24 shooting.
State investigators say they have also requested information on the shooting death of Renee Good and the shooting of Julio Sosa-Celis.
They said it was not clear if there will be any cooperation in those two cases.
