Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen expecting their first child

(CNN, KYMA) - It's been quite a year for a young actress and her football star husband as Hailee Steinfeld is expecting her first child.

The 29-year-old Oscar-nominated actress announced in her Substack newsletter, and a post on Instagram, she is pregnant.

Back in November, Steinfeld said, in an interview, she was thinking about kids. That's why the news isn't coming out of left field.

The "True Grit," "Hawkeye" and "Sinners" star married Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen over six months ago.
