At least five injured in shooting near Howard University
WASHINGTON (CBS, KYMA) - At least five people were injured, as police reported a shooting near Howard University Friday.
Police Chief Pamela A. Smith said four men and a teenager were taken to local hospitals. None of them were Howard University students, the Washington Post reported. None of the injuries were life-threatening, the report said.
According to Chief Smith, two suspects were in custody, and three weapons were recovered near the scene.
