CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Fall foliage hits golden peak in Colorado

GUNNISON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS, KYMA) - Gunnison County, Colorado was at peak fall foliage on Saturday, with stunning footage capturing the golden shades.

Footage captured by Colorado mountains park ranger @jcosrangerjason shows him riding his bike along a mountain trail, twisting and turning through the colorful route.

"Autumn colors are going off, right now in the High Country," he wrote in a post to X.

The mountain trail, located in Mount Crested Butte, is a popular spot for adventurers to observe the hues of the changing leaves.
