People in NYC attend vigil for Charlie Kirk
NEW YORK (CBS, KYMA) - A crowd of people gathered and sang 'Amazing Grace' at a vigil for slain political activist Charlie Kirk in Manhattan Friday evening.
Footage filmed by Jayne Zirkle shows people singing at Madison Square Park in New York.
According to news reports, Republican candidate for mayor Curtis Sliwa also attended the vigil.
Vigils for Kirk were held all over the U.S. throughout the week.
