Cracker Barrel cancels remodel following conservative backlash

(NBC, KYMA) - Cracker Barrel is staying Cracker Barrel as the country-themed chain says it's not going forward with plans to expand its modern redesign.

Cracker Barrel walked back its logo change last month after conservatives accused the chain of being "too woke."

President Donald Trump even waded into the online drama urging against the change that would have removed the old man from the logo.

Cracker Barrel has restaurants in 43 states, including Arizona, and employs more than 70,000 people.
