Attorney in Ohio accused of killing client arraigned

CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio (CBS, KYMA/KECY) - The former Cleveland divorce attorney accused of killing his client, Aliza Sherman, over a decade ago was arraigned in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Wednesday morning.

Gregory Moore, 51, waved his extradition hearing earlier this month in Texas and Cuyahoga County officials brought him back to the jail Saturday.

During the arraignment, the judge set Moore's bond to $2 million and ordered Moore not to contact the alleged family of the victim in any way.

Sherman was brutally stabbed when she went to his office on Erieview Plaza in downtown Cleveland for an appointment on March 24, 2013.

After she was attacked, Sherman managed to call police and a good Samaritan who found her lying on the sidewalk also called police.

Moore will be back in court next month. To learn more about the story, click here.
