Double rainbow appears over Brooklyn following storm

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (CBS, KYMA/KECY) - A double rainbow adorned the sky in Brooklyn, New York, after storms lashed the region on Sunday, August 4.

The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a hazardous weather outlook for the area, warning of gusty winds and possible flash flooding.
