Three people dead, two others injured following shooting in Ohio

CINCINNATI (NBC, KYMA/KECY) - Three people are dead and several others were injured during a shooting early Monday morning in Ohio.

Police say the shooting took place shortly before 3:00am in Corryville.

Three people were killed during the incident and two others were injured, according to the Cincinnati Police Department.

The details surrounding the shooting are not currently known, but a person of interest is being interviewed by authorities.

"There was a person that one of the officers observed run into a house with a firearm. That person ended up coming out voluntarily. So, the house is secure. Now, we made that and ensured that was safe and there was nobody else inside. And then they'll take that up, take that search and investigation on from there."
