Two polar bear cubs debut in Russian zoo

(CBS, KYMA/KECY) - Two polar bear cubs were seen playing in the snow outside their den for the first time at a zoo in Russia on Wednesday.

The zoo said the babies were born in December 2023 and upon birth were blind, like other polar bear cubs, and weighed a little over a pound.

The zoo added their mother Kolymana did not let them go outside until they became strong enough.
