Strong storms moved through central Alabama

SUMITON, Alab. (NBC) - Strong storms moved through parts of central Alabama on Tuesday.

In Sumiton, several structures suffered damages.

Heavy winds tore the roof off a mini storage facilty and ripped insulation out of the walls.

Multiple power lines are also down in the area and power outages are affecting local neighborhoods.

Authorities also did not report any injuries.
