Home prices hit record high in March

(KYMA, KECY/CNN) - A report from the National Association of Realtors says home prices reached a record high in March.

The average price of a home was over $375,000, which is up 15% compared to 2021 and is the longest streak on record.

Mortgage rates are also reported to have been going up.
