Harvey Weinstein expected in court Monday for arraignment

(KYMA, KECY/ CNN) - The disgraced and former movie producer and convicted rapist, Harvey Weinstein, is expected back in court on Monday facing 11 sexual assault charges.

These charges are in Los Angeles involving five women over the course of nearly a decade.

Last month, a grand jury reinstated one of the sexual assault charges that a judge had previously dismissed and that arraignment was continued to Monday.

Weinstein is pleading not guilty to all charges. He is already serving a 23-year prison sentence in New York after being found guilty last year of more sexual assault and rape.
