UBER to feature new phone service

FLORIDA (KYMA, KECY)- UBER users in Florida can now call a number and speak to a representative to book a ride.

A feature aimed for older adults lets users talk with agents to confirm trip requests, provide price quotes, and helps customers find a ride that's just right for them.

The service is only available in the state of Florida but no word yet if the company plans on bringing it to other states as well.
