New York workers set to leave for Puerto Rico

Help the territory deal with the aftermath of recent earthquakes

New York sends experts to help Puerto Rico after earthquakes there while blasting the Trump Administration for not doing enough.

Fifteen building inspectors and engineers will travel to the island with seven emergency managers.

They will join four emergency response experts and engineers the city sent last week.
