Nine arrested in San Luis, Mexico; accused of kidnapping

SAN LUIS, Mexico (KYMA, KECY, T3) - Nine suspects have been accused of kidnapping several victims in San Luis, Mexico.

The arrests were made by the Mexico National Guard on Sunday, March 27 and the Sonoran State Government says the suspects have been previously convicted.

Multiple firearms were found on the suspects and the victims were given medical attention.
