FTS Automotive receives award

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A local business received national recognition for customer service.

FTS Automotive earned the O'Reilly Auto Parts "Worry-Free Certified Service" award.

The local auto shop competed against more than 40,000 certified dealers nationwide.

"Work very hard. Some of the guidelines are to take care of the customers, and make sure the guarantees are processed correctly there are numerous things but number one is taking care of the customers," said FTS Automotive Owner Dan Michaels.

FTS Automotive's goal is to win this award again next year.
