CALEXICO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - The City of Calexico announced the re-opening of Carnegie Library which has been closed for about two years, and Heber Park.

The City also applied for two state grants.

One is for $10 million to renovate Kiki Camarena Library and $5 million for Heber Park.
