Tim Scott, 2024 Republican presidential candidate, to visit Yuma

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Republican presidential candidate Tim Scott will be in Yuma on Friday, August 4, hosting a roundtable discussion with community leaders and those on the front lines of the border crisis.

The U.S. Senator from South Carolina says part of his agenda is to crush the cartels, secure the border, and end illegal immigration.

This is Scott's first visit to the border as a 2024 GOP candidate.

Tune in to News 11 and 13 On Your Side as we will livestream Scott's visit on our website Friday morning. After that, we will have complete coverage beginning on CBS at 4:00pm and NBC at 5:00pm.
