Two men receive life sentences for murder

IMPERIAL COUNTY, Calif. (KYMA) - The Imperial County District Attorney's Office said two men received life sentences for murder.

In a press release, Jose Luis Perez, 49, and Juan Carlos Urbina Serrano, 38, were sentenced last week to life in prison for the November 2022 murder of William Quintero.

The D.A.'s Office said three correctional officers from the Centinela State Prison testified earlier this year.
