City of El Centro and VFW Post 9305 to honor Vietnam Veterans this weekend
EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - The City of El Centro and VFW Post 9305 are hosting a Vietnam Veterans Day Ceremony this weekend.
In a press release, written in English and Spanish, the ceremony is taking place Saturday at at Bucklin Park, located at 1350 S. Eighth Street at 10:00 a.m.
The press release says the ceremony is to "honor the service and sacrifice of Vietnam War Veterans and provide the community an opportunity to show appreciation and respect."
