Imperial County announces reopening of Dogwood and Willougby Road

IMPERIAL COUNTY, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - Imperial County has issued a public service announcement (PSA) regarding the reopening of an intersection.

The PSA says Dogwood and Willoughby Road, located south of Heber and northwest of Calexico, was closed a month ago due to the Imperial Irrigation District (IID) conducting work on the powerlines.

During that time, the previous PSA said for drivers to use alternate routes while IID worked on the powerines.

The previous PSA said the road was expected to reopen next month.
