Fire crews stop flames from spreading further

WINTERHAVEN, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - A small brush fire blackened some trees and scrub in Winterhaven.

The fire broke out around 7:30 Sunday evening along Arnold Road. The Imperial County and Yuma Fire Departments responded with assistance from Rural Metro.
