Christmas is coming to El Centro

Holiday festivities kickoff next Friday

The city of El Centro will officially get into the holiday spirit next Friday when it hosts its annual Christmas Tree Lighting & Street Fair.

This year's event will feature food, fun, and lots of family activities. There will also be musical performances, and a special visit from the man of the hour, Santa Claus!

The fun starts at 5 p.m. at 11th and Main Streets in El Centro.
