Wrongfully deported migrant returned to the United States

(CNN, KYMA/KECY) - The Trump Administration has returned a wrongfully deported migrant into the United States. The Guatemalan national known by a pseudonym "OCG," was deported to Mexico and later removed to Guatemala.

A judge had ruled that he would not be sent back to Guatemala and safely landed in the U.S. on Wednesday.

The migrant is expected to be taken into custody by the Department of Homeland Security. It's unclear how long he'll be detained.

This will mark the first time that the Trump administration has brought back a migrant after judge has ordered the administration to to facilitate his return.
