Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk, heads to court
(CNN, KYMA) - Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk, has a hearing in a Utah state court Tuesday.
It's over whether the prosecutor's office should be removed from Robinson's case.
The defense alleges a conflict of interest because a prosecutor's 18-year-old child was in the crowd when Kirk was shot.
The County Attorney's Office denies a conflict of interest, saying the adult child didn't see the shooting or anyone with a gun.
