Juror in Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sex trafficking trial dismissed
NEW YORK CITY (NBC, KYMA/KECY) - A juror in the Sean "Diddy" Combs sex trafficking trial has been dismissed from the case.
U.S. District Court Judge Arun Subramanian dismissed the juror Monday morning, saying he had concerns about the juror's candor after he gave inconsistent answers about where he lives.
A 57-year-old accountant from Westchester County was promoted from the alternate pool to replace the juror.
Meanwhile, there could be an issue with another juror over conversations he might have had with a colleague. The juror was questioned by the judge Friday and handed his phone to Subramanian.
The judge will ask the panelist more questions after Monday's testimony.
