Man arrested after failing to register as a sex offender in Yuma

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A man was arrested after he was found to have failed to register as a sex offender, according Yuma Police Department (YPD).

At about 5:14 a.m. on March 28, police found William Dale Dolan at Sanguinetti Park.

Dolan was found to be a registered sex offender but didn't update his address with Yuma County as required by law. He was arrested and booked for failure to register as a sex offender.

YPD says police are dedicated to ensuring public safety and thanks the City of Yuma's Parks and Recreation Department for their support.
