Yuma Police Department issues Sex Offender notifications

YPD alerts public to presence of medium and high-risk offenders

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Yuma Police Department (YPD) issued a pair of Sex Offender Notifications Tuesday.

David Edward Hill

The first focuses on 54-year-old David Edward Hill. Hill now lives in the 1600 block of W. Las Lomas Street. He was convicted of one count third-degree child molestation, and one count of failing to register as a sex offender.

Hill is 5 foot 7, and weighs 173 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

YPD says he is a level 3 sex offender with a high risk to re-offend

Erin Bryan Lloyd

The second notification focuses on 44-year-old Erin Bryan Lloyd. Lloyd now lives in the 700 block of W. 24th Street. She pleaded guilty to one count of sexual conduct with a minor.

Lloyd is 5 foot 3, and weighs 150 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

YPD considers Lloyd a level 2 sex offender with a medium risk to reoffend.
