Health officials extend COVID-19 vaccine clinic through the month of June

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Yuma County Public Health Services District (YCPHSD) extends and expands vaccine eligibility to all residents through June.

YCPHSD said the vaccine clinic would continue to occur at the Health District located at 2200 W. 28th Street. Clinic days and hours of operation are Monday-Thursday starting June 1st, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The district is offering all three vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J). However, it says availability may vary. To register for the vaccine, dial (928) 317-4550 or (928) 317-4687. All appointments must be made by calling.

There are no appointments available online.

Health officials would like to remind the community that the Moderna vaccine is only offered to anyone 18 years and older and the Johnson & Johnson.
