Surfaces are an important source of risk for COVID-19

(KYMA, KECY/ CNN) - In this segment of "Health Minute," Mandy Gaither explains a study that looks at the COVID-19 spread in schools.

The study indicates that hard surfaces are important source of risk for the virus. These surfaces of highly contamination properties also include toys.

Frequent cleaning is important for less contamination. Mask wearing is also a way to also stop contamination.
