Sunset Health in Somerton held COVID-19 testing Saturday morning

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Over at Sunset Health in Somerton, people started lining up around 5:45am to get tested for COVID-19.

A little over 300 tests were administered here and they ran out of tests about 3 hours into the blitz event.

David Rogers the CEO of Sunset Health said it was a spectacular turnout from the crowd.

They didn’t turn any people away, a lot of families stopping by even people walking up by foot and bicycle riders.

Their next event is in San Luis next Saturday from 8am to 12pm.
