15 new cases confirmed in Sonora bring total to 335

SAN LUIS RIO COLORADO, Sonora (KYMA, KECY) - With 151 confirmed, San Luis Rio Colorado (SLRC) makes-up the bulk of Sonora's coronavirus (COVID-19) cases.

There are now 335 cases in Sonora, according to Sonora's Health Secretary, Enrique Clausen Iberri. This includes 15 new cases reported overnight.

Of these new cases, four pertain to SLRC. To date, the city continues to lead Sonora in the number of confirmed cases by far.

With 147 confirmed cases, SLRC makes-up almost half of Sonora's cases.

The latest statistics provided by Iberri indicate that of the 15 new cases, seven are women and eight are men.

So far, 35 people have died in the state of Sonora, including 14 in SLRC.
