Actor Scott Butler shares his Comic-Con experience

SAN DIEGO (KYMA) - From interactive gaming, celebrity autographs, and collectibles, San Diego Comic-Con is the biggest comic convention in America.

KYMA caught up with Marvel's "Agatha All Along" actor Scott Butler in one of the Marvel gaming lounges.

"The Energy's amazing. Like, people are lining up to have fun with these games that have been really popular and doing well," Butler told KYMA.

Butler was eager to get to the main exhibit floor to check out the art.

"I haven't yet gone to the actual main floor yet, but I'm very excited. I know it's gonna be very busy and a lot of energy, so I have my comfy shoes on this year. I made the mistake of wearing my boots last year. Never again," Butler joked.

One of the great things about Comic-Con is the creative cosplays.

"I just saw a really great Cyclops in there," Butler said pointing to the entrance of the room.

Butler gave us an inde scoop on a few new film projects he has in the works.

"We have a film called 'All Hail Santa Claus,' which is a mash-up of Alice In Wonderland and Santa Claus, which is a really interesting concept," he explained.

Joking about being type-cast after his role as The Doctor in Agatha All Along, Butler said he will be filming a horror movie where he plays "the big bad." He also has another villain role coming up.

Switching gears a little, he will be appearing in a teen drama where he plays a father.
