Woman arrested after allegedly firing shots at Rihanna’s Beverly Crest home

BEVERLY CREST, Calif. (NBC, KYMA) - A woman has been taken into custody after allegedly firing multiple shots at Rihanna's home in Beverly Crest Sunday.

Aerial footage shows the bullet holes scattered along the mansion's gate.

The shooting happened Sunday afternoon when police said an unidentified woman drove to the property and discharged several rounds from an AR-15-style rifle.

Between seven and nine rounds were fired, according to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), with four of those rounds striking the house.

LAPD also confirmed Rihanna was home at the time of the shooting, but no injuries were reported.

Investigators from LAPD's robbery-homicide division will handle the case.
