Man accused of shooting an ABC affiliate station in Sacramento re-arrested
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (NBC, KYMA) - The man accused of shooting into the ABC10 television station's lobby has been arrested again hours after posting bail for his initial arrest and being released.
The FBI re-arrested 64-year-old Anibal Hernandez-Santana for violating a federal statute involving interference to radio communications of stations that are licensed by the government.
Hernandez-Santana is the alleged suspect in the shooting that led to an investigation at an ABC affiliate station in Sacramento.
On Friday, police were called to the station in response to shots being fired from outside. Three bullet holes could be seen in the window of the building's lobby. No one was injured in the shooting despite the building being occupied.
Hernandez-Santana is set to appear in federal court Monday.
