Pickett Fire in California burns over 6,800 acres

NAPA COUNTY, Calif. (NBC, KYMA/KECY) - The Pickett Fire in California's Napa County continues to burn.

The blaze started near Calistoga Thursday, which, as of Sunday, has since burned 6,803 acres and is 11% contained.

Additionally, damage assessment ongoing and there has been no confirmation of damaged or destroyed structures.

Evacuation orders are in place for areas around the fire, and over 1,200 personnel are working to fight the blaze.
