4.1 earthquake rattles Southern California

LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - A 4.1 earthquake just rattled the coastal area of Los Angeles County.

The United States Geological Survey (USGS) says the quake struck Sunday afternoon about seven miles southwest of Westlake Village in Los Angeles County.

Data shows several aftershocks were felt near Malibu and into the West San Fernando Valley area.

However, KYMA did not see any reports of any significiant damage yet.
