4.7 earthquake hits north of Malibu

MALIBU, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - A 4.7 magnitude earthquake shook parts of California Thursday morning, according to results from earthquake.usgs.gov.

The earthquake happened at about 7:28 a.m. 6 kilometers north of Malibu, felt through the Los Angeles area and some of Southern California, including parts of San Diego.
