Southern California prepares for weekend storms
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (NBC, KYMA/KECY) - After a week of dangerous wet weather, Southern California is bracing for even more rain.
Two storms are on course to bring more rain to already saturated parts of the state.
Los Angeles received a short break from wet weather that triggered flooding and mudslides.
Crews took advantage of the brief respite by clearing streets of debris and prepping for the storms to come.
While the weekend storms are not predicted to be as severe as those earlier in the week, the excess water could still prove dangerous.
