Stronghold Fire grows to 3,000 acres, 0% contained

COCHISE COUNTY, Ariz. (NBC, KYMA/KECY) - The Stronghold Fire continues to burn in Cochise County, Arizona.

As of Tuesday, the fire has grown to 3,000 acres and is 0% contained, according to InciWeb.

The wind-driven fire is burning near the Dragoon Mountains, with one outbuilding being destroyed by the fire.

State officials are warning people in the area about the fire, with some of them under a "GO" status.

The Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management says ground resources are battling the blaze after air resources had been grounded due to the high winds.
