Arizona man sentenced to life in prison for involvement in child sexual abuse ring

PHOENIX (KYMA, KECY) - A Colorado City man was sentenced to life in prison for being involved in a child sexual abuse ring, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office District of Arizona.
LaDell Jay Bistline, Jr., 46, was sentenced on multiple counts including:
- Receipt of child pornography
- Transfer of obscene material to a minor
- Coercing travel to engage in sexual activity
- Coercing a minor to engage in sexual activity
- Transportation of a minor for criminal sexual acivity
The Attorney's Office says Bistline participated in a child sexual abuse conspiracy, which spanned several years and several states, affecting at least 10 children. Others involved in the case have also faced several charges.
Court documents state Bistline took two of his own daughters to become "brides" to one of the conspirators involved. The girls were nine and 11 years old.
