Officer-involved shooting in Peoria

PEORIA, Ariz. (NBC / KYMA, KECY) - There has been an officer-involved shooting in Peoria near the area of 87th Avenue and Bell Road.

One officer was injured and was taken to a local hospital.

The suspect is also being transported to a local hospital.
