DEKALB, Ill. — Led by Gerald Drumgoole Jr.’s 23 points, the Albany (NY) Great Danes defeated the Northern Illinois Huskies 83-78 on Tuesday. The Great Danes are now 5-9 on the season, while the Huskies fell to 3-9.
