ESTERO, Fla. — Led by Shemarri Allen’s 22 points, the UMKC Kangaroos defeated the Indiana State Sycamores 63-61 on Tuesday night. The Kangaroos are now 3-4 on the season, while the Sycamores dropped to 4-1.
